Tony Parker has been in so many battles but the unlikeliest one he was in happened Tuesday before the San Antonio Spurs practice.
He played tug of war with a jaguar. The jaguar was behind a cage, but she still gave the point guard a workout.
“It was tough, I had no chance,” Parker said. “I didn’t know she was that strong. It was the female, I can’t imagine how strong the male would be.”
Parker was at the San Antonio Zoo to name the Zoo’s two new jaguar cubs, an honor he won through a fundraising event at the Zoobilation Ball. He named them Liam and Milan, after his son and niece. He also named the lion cubs born at the Zoo last year.
