Ask anyone watching who the best current shooter is and you’ll get one answer: Steph Curry. However, if you ask Steph’s brother Seth, he has a different answer for that.
In an appearance on FS1’s Undisputed on Tuesday, the Dallas Mavericks point guard was asked if he thinks he is a better shooter than his older brother. With no hesitation, Seth responded, “I think so.”

Of course, Seth is going to say that he is a better shooter than Steph. Why would he admit that he is a worse shooter than someone else, especially his lifelong rival? But some stats back Seth up. During the regular season, he shot 48 percent from the field and 42 percent from deep, while Steph shot 46 percent from the field and a career-low 41 percent from deep.
It was another year of career highs for the Mavericks’ 26-year-old guard. Seth averaged 12.8 points, 2.5 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.1 steals per game; but all of those totals were lower than those of his older brother Steph, who averaged 25.3 points, 4.5 rebounds, 6.6 assists and 1.8 steals.
