We all know how these things work, right? Player A gets traded, struggles for his new team, and then scorch his former squad in the first meeting of the season.
Same old, same old.
That’s exactly what Orlando Magic center Serge Ibaka did to his former OKC Thunder squad, dropping a career-high 31 points on them, including the buzzer-beater to salvage the win. Not even a Russell Westbrook triple-double could save the Thunder from this one.
In fairness to Thunder fans, they really gave and showed Serge some love in the intros. I wonder if that would still be the case with Kevin Durant?
