LeBron James is not happy with the jersey burning and more so with what he called a double standard in the NBA.
In a series of five tweets, James fired off a tweetstorm (which you can all see below):

James points out the double standard that many fans have for their favorite players. It’s OK for a fan to want a player to leave, or be traded if he isn’t performing well — but it’s not OK if that player wants to leave on his own. Many fans feel a personal connection to these athletes, but it’s always good to remember that most of us would take a better job with a bigger paycheck if we were offered it too.
Tim Marcin of Newsweek said it well: “If a team can unceremoniously dump someone who meant so much to the franchise then it’s preposterous to expect players to feel any real sense of loyalty.”
The King is correct with his points about that double standard and more so on the burning of jerseys, so the question on everybody’s minds is, should we take that as a clear indication of his intentions to leave Cleveland yet again next summer?
